The educator cohort is an opportunity for current China Spring ISD staff to participate in the Champions for China Spring ISD program. The educator cohort is comprised of educators from across the district who will have the unique opportunity to:

• Attend regular meetings with district leadership

• Receive information about upcoming district initiatives

• Offer feedback about district initiatives

• Play a foundational role in creating a culture of championship for China Spring ISD

Members of the educator cohort will meet with district leadership six times throughout the academic year. Meetings are designed to be informative and an opportunity for members to engage and ask questions. All Champions for China Spring ISD meetings will take place in person. Dinner will be provided at all meetings.
